- 3–4 years of relevant experience in beverage or FMCG manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in blow moulding or labelling operations.
- Basic knowledge of production machinery and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts and handle production pressure.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate blow moulding machines for PET bottle production.
- Set machine parameters and monitor production output.
- Inspect bottles to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Perform basic machine troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
- Operate labelling machines and ensure accurate label application.
- Monitor machine performance and minimize downtime.
- Check label quality, alignment, and adhesion.
- Handle minor machine adjustments and report technical issues.
- Follow daily production plans and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the production area.
- Record production data, material usage, and downtime reports.
- Coordinate with Quality Control and Maintenance teams.
- Comply with company SOPs, GMP, and safety guidelines.
