Other Specification
- ACCA or Semi-Qualified CA with at least 3 years of completed traineeship/articleship plus post-qualification experience to meet 5 years total
- MBA/MBS graduates with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Semi-qualified accountants not currently pursuing exams, with at least 1 year of postarticleship corporate accounting experience
- ACCA aspirants at the Strategic Professional level, capable of managing work with standard annual leave as per labor law
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, payroll processing, and tax compliance
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including:
o Lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
o Pivot tables
o Data cleaning and conversion
- Familiarity with accounting software/ERP systems
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working under tight deadlines
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to multi-country accounting requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills

Offered financial and non-financial compensation for this job
Offered Salary: NRs. 60,000 - 70,000 Monthly
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) operations
- Process monthly payroll for regional teams and ensure statutory compliance
- Maintain general ledger, calculate depreciation, and perform bank reconciliations
- Support month-end closing activities including accruals, journal entries, and reporting
- Prepare, review, and file tax returns (VAT/GST, WHT, payroll taxes, etc.)
- Prepare weekly fund management plans and support bank transfers and payments
- Provide accurate and timely financial information to internal stakeholders
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Contribute to process improvements and standardization across multiple countries
