Role Overview:

The Assistant General Manger-Operations, Procurement & Infrastructure is responsible for ensuring efficient, economical, and fully optimized operational management across all properties and business units. The role focuses on making operational decisions smarter, processes leaner, and systems increasingly automated while maintaining a five-star standard physical environment, uninterrupted infrastructure services, and cost-effective procurement and operations. The role supports institutional growth through operational excellence, digital transformation, infrastructure management, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement under the leadership of the Operations Head.
